Joseph T. did a great job he knew what he was doing he knew how to take the microwave off the wall and fix it he never canceled like the other tech the other tech Kegan B. canceled 6 times and came 2 and didn't know how to take the microwave down.

The technician that came was very kind. He spoke to me not at me which I find is very important. The only downfall is that Sears gives you a time frame of 8am-5pm. I had to take off half a day to make sure someone was home in the afternoon. The technician arrived at 9am but with my job I couldn't not take my half day back. So I lost out on half a days pay because they couldn't not narrow down the time frame window.
