They said they can not get parts or fix a 13 year old refrigerator. Why pay for a warranty when they can not fix your appliances?

started out OK, they came to my first appointment on time. Then they ordered the parts scheduled me for the next week never showed up never called in possible to talk to somebody. I had to call the one 800 service number again and start over missed a whole day at work and they never even came.

The technician did not fix the machine. Still making a noise. He said there is nothing wrong. Someone needs to come back out for free to figure out what is wrong with this washer.
