Your AI assistant, both phone and text, are worthless. The human technician was great but I doubt that I willingly seek out a Sears service again

The technician was great, but your over all service and trying to get ahold of an actual person was absolutely The worst ever! The ordering of parts was messed up and appointment day and time was totally incorrect. Jeff had to come to our house and sit in the driveway to order correct parts. My husband lost a day off in the midst of this chaotic mess. Your AI service is horrible and we will probably cancel our current service and choose a different home warranty place.
