It's been quite a whirlwind, actually, for over a month now. The technicians have been helpful, but things did not progress well. First, on Feb. 10th, I was told they ordered a part, and he would be back in 3 days. That never happened, since I believe, for some reason, the part was never ordered. After 3 weeks, I called, they ordered over the phone, and it came the next day. But that wasn't the problem. I then changed filters (again), and that wasn't the problem either. Then, another week goes by (after I called for another appt.), I was told it was another part, but the wrong one was ordered. Then after the another appt, the correct part was ordered, and changed out, but that wasn't the problem either. But now, the tech finally realized that it must be the water line coming into the house, so now I need a plumber. The other problem is when I called to schedule all of these appointments, EVERY TIME, they have to confirm my address, my phone, and my email. Why? Why don't you have a check box in your system, with a date box, that says we've already checked all of these items on such and such a date, so that they don't have to keep asking me the same thing over and over again. It doesn't make sense. Check them once a year, or every 6 months, but not every time. And when you order parts, make sure it's the right one, with the correct product number. And be thorough the first time, checking all possibilities of why something is not working. Thank you for listening...

Jeffrey was able to bump my appointment up a week.... with 6 people in the house and a washer not working that makes ALL the difference. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had my washer back up and running within an hour. He was polite and professional.
