The service and serviceman were good. The computer-genetated texts were bad. Mispelled my name despite corrections. Also I confirmed appt. by texting 1 on three seperate occasions. Still receoved texts informing me I had not confirmed my appt. I was told I would receive a call the night before the service. No call or contact until the tech called from my driveway. Service tech--Good. Robo communication--Terrible.

This was the most worst experience I’ve ever had! I am only giving it one star because I have to! The guy claimed I needed a certain part and he didn’t have it so I had to order it then I had to wait a week before they could come back and then I waited all day 8 to 5 and nobody showed up Finally at 6:30. I got a message saying they weren’t coming until Wednesday between eight and five. When the guy finally showed up (3pm) he said it was more than just that part and it was gonna cost like $800 and I might as well get a new one. I told him I did not want the service to take the part and refund me my money and go. I have not received any money back yet!But then upon looking at my washer, I find that he damaged it as well! In the meantime, there is no way to communicate/talk to any real person. Everything about this operation is AI generated!!! Totally sucks!!

They don't deserve one star. I was told at scheduling that diagnosis and repair would be on the same day. The provider had no parts in the truck. He had me pay up front for the part, and set up an appt 2 weeks later. No show. He canelled the parts order, but the check was cashed. This is not a business that is on the up and up.

I requested service in my Geothermal unit. Sears sent someone who is not allowed to work on Geothermal units. He did nothing to resolve problem.
