We've had sears out several times with no success on getting this issue resolved. Either parts had to be ordered or soon after the technician left, it would stop working again with no option but to reschedule for days out. Ryan actually fixed the issue this time and gave us a number to call him if it stopped working. That's much better service than any of the other guys they sent out. He seemed to know what he was talking about and gave us some good tips on using the appliance.

The service and serviceman were good. The computer-genetated texts were bad. Mispelled my name despite corrections. Also I confirmed appt. by texting 1 on three seperate occasions. Still receoved texts informing me I had not confirmed my appt. I was told I would receive a call the night before the service. No call or contact until the tech called from my driveway. Service tech--Good. Robo communication--Terrible.
