They don't deserve one star. I was told at scheduling that diagnosis and repair would be on the same day. The provider had no parts in the truck. He had me pay up front for the part, and set up an appt 2 weeks later. No show. He canelled the parts order, but the check was cashed. This is not a business that is on the up and up.

I requested service in my Geothermal unit. Sears sent someone who is not allowed to work on Geothermal units. He did nothing to resolve problem.
