Service was great. The labor cost was exorbitant. Technician was there for 45 min, and it cost over $320.00 dollars. Should be ashamed of yourselves. No matter where the tech came from the cost was over the top. I will never use Sears repair service again and I will dissuade anyone from doing so.

The customer service is atrocious. You call customer service to try and speak with someone not at a call center, and they keep giving you new numbers, all going back to call centers. They have not shown for two appts and now I’m hoping it’s not going to be a third. Just plain ridiculous, sit and wait 8-5, 3 days now.

Service is terrible. No communication. After 26 days they came and “fixed the washer” only to discover it still won’t work.
