Pleased with Gregg
I was very pleased with Gregg, and his assistant. They showed up within the projected time, and quickly diagnosed the issues. They took care of contacting my home warranty company, and provided them with the info to get my problems taken care of. Gregg is very professional, honest, and very good at what he does.

Mike diagnosed the problem with our Refrigerator correctly.
Service scheduling is Sears biggest problem. After being diagnosed, it only took 2 days to get the part but waited OVER 3 WEEKS to get it FIXED!

Great Tech totally professional
