The young man who came in to check my dryer, was kind, courteous, patient, & very open to explaining the process to me. He looked over the dryer and knew Immediately what was wrong & searched for the part needed for the repair. Once he found that the part was no longer being made, he explained to me that the dryer would then need to be replaced, & that I would be hearing back from American Home Shield on the Reimbursement of a "New" Dryer. It was Definitely Worth the $100 Service Fee I had to pay for him to come out. Now let's see how "Fair" American Home Shield is with the Cost of the "Replacement"
