Service was great. The labor cost was exorbitant. Technician was there for 45 min, and it cost over $320.00 dollars. Should be ashamed of yourselves. No matter where the tech came from the cost was over the top. I will never use Sears repair service again and I will dissuade anyone from doing so.

If I could give ZERO stars would. I'm very disappointed in my service. Paid almost $500 for services and the technician never actually fixed the washer machine. I have tried to reschedule 3 times, and have been ghosted or "rescheduled". And to top it off total time the technician was at my house was less then 30 minutes but charged 299.95 for labor???? Also there is no human customer service avaliable to talk too, only AI bots. I could have bought a new washer for the prices charged. Now im out $500, with a broken washer machine still for over a month now. This company and services are complete scam artist.

Tech Luis made repeated guesses on what repair part was needed so I spent a month and a half without a working refrigerator and then a different tech, Mike, came and said that the last parts that were ordered would probably not fix the problem and at the fridge should be replaced. He said he initiated a refund for what he could and had me take a picture of the "receipt" (attached). When I called Sears they told me they had no record of a refund being initiated. They took me for over $1,500. Then I had to go and buy a new fridge.

My washer still shakes violently. Now my dryer doesn’t work which it did work before he came over. He had to slid my washer out of a tight fit and not sure if it was hitting my dryer but now it doesn’t work either. I’m out 400 dollars and instead of my washer not working now it’s my dryer too. I can see why people would rather just buy brand new instead of wasting money to fix the one they have.

The customer service is atrocious. You call customer service to try and speak with someone not at a call center, and they keep giving you new numbers, all going back to call centers. They have not shown for two appts and now I’m hoping it’s not going to be a third. Just plain ridiculous, sit and wait 8-5, 3 days now.
