John was on time, got right to work and diagnosed the problem quickly. Friendly and competent. Payment process was easy and quick. I liked that a price to diagnose was given up front, and had no hidden costs. I highly recommend John as a skilled technician, and Sears Appliance Repair. I would call again if the need should arise.
