The experience was a nightmare. Our appointment was cancelled 3 times with the response that the technician arrived and stated we weren't home (but we were). They took a blank picture, instead of one of our home and posted it. The call center service uses people who barely speak English and they refuse to forward you to a supervisor. The day the technician finally came to our house the service technician cancelled at 8 a.m. and said we weren't at home. I called the call center and complained. The person hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. An hour later a technician showed up onsite and did the repair work. The repair technician said they grossly overbook and the service technicians then cancelled appointments. He said it is easiest for them to cancel in the system stating the customer isn't home so they usually cancel that way. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the service tech was nice and did a good job and the appliance is now fixed. What I had to go through to get someone onsite is pure nonsense.

The tech that came did not know to take out icemaker .Called boss he explained to him .I pulled up yountube and showed him .He finally asked can I see your phone So I did .Infact didn’t even tell me his name when arrived .Then got charged $408 for two hrs how much an hr ? It seems to be working thank goodness and he did not turn back on so we saw that and did turn on

The technician collected the $75 deductible, did not do the simple fix (no parts needed)and left my kitchen a mess. And by the way he was very rude.

No cal no show, rescheduled with an automated system. Spent 2 minutes looking (serial number given prior to the appointment), said parts weren’t available and a new oven would be needed. Since the model and issues were told over the phone it’s not clear why someone had to come look at it to tell me there’s no parts
