It took multiple trips to fix my dishwasher over a month period of time. It seems like it was a shade tree mechanic just switching parts bus. The technician is very opinionated and very rude to people and bosses.

The experience was a nightmare. Our appointment was cancelled 3 times with the response that the technician arrived and stated we weren't home (but we were). They took a blank picture, instead of one of our home and posted it. The call center service uses people who barely speak English and they refuse to forward you to a supervisor. The day the technician finally came to our house the service technician cancelled at 8 a.m. and said we weren't at home. I called the call center and complained. The person hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. An hour later a technician showed up onsite and did the repair work. The repair technician said they grossly overbook and the service technicians then cancelled appointments. He said it is easiest for them to cancel in the system stating the customer isn't home so they usually cancel that way. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the service tech was nice and did a good job and the appliance is now fixed. What I had to go through to get someone onsite is pure nonsense.

The tech that came did not know to take out icemaker .Called boss he explained to him .I pulled up yountube and showed him .He finally asked can I see your phone So I did .Infact didn’t even tell me his name when arrived .Then got charged $408 for two hrs how much an hr ? It seems to be working thank goodness and he did not turn back on so we saw that and did turn on

Techs were great. Overall service, Especially the AI assistant and the constants attempts to sell me something else beyond the repairs was awful. 4 visits. Non-communication. The overall system is terrible. I will never buy anything from Sears again.

Will never use their Services again. Canceled appointments twice at the last minute. Wasted 2 vacation days!!!!! And was never able to talk to a real person. Just AI bots!!!!

My 2 technicians were amazing, the company is shit. They schedule everything through AI, and the scheduling is a disaster. I had an appointment scheduled one day, with a window of 7-4, cleared my day and it was cancelled. It was scheduled for another day window of 7-4, cleared my day again, it was cancelled. The 3rd day someone finally came at 3:45. I was also promised it wouldn’t be cancelled a 2nd time.

The technician collected the $75 deductible, did not do the simple fix (no parts needed)and left my kitchen a mess. And by the way he was very rude.
