Ice maker is not fixed. It is not making ice and ice compartment latch is still broke.

No cal no show, rescheduled with an automated system. Spent 2 minutes looking (serial number given prior to the appointment), said parts weren’t available and a new oven would be needed. Since the model and issues were told over the phone it’s not clear why someone had to come look at it to tell me there’s no parts
