He repaired my central air and did a great job. I am very disappointed however with the home warranty company and sears that I had to wait 3 weeks to get anyone here.

So the part for my oven was shipped to my home on 6/26. In an attempt to install it myself, thought I could do it but failed. When the tech got here I told him what I did. I should have left it alone but Technician Henry arrived to save the day. I want to thank Henry for doing an absolute superb job! He was thorough and it didn’t take long for him to do the job. Very nice man explained everything he did. And best of all the oven works! I would highly recommend Sears for appliance care.
