Pedro was great!
Although my issue wasn't resolved on the day of visit, Pedro was great. I personally think that common parts should be stocked on the truck. If that were the case I'm sure my fridge would've been fix on the day of service instead of having to wait for them to be ordered.

My technician reached out to me prior to his arrival to confirm my appointment at which time I was informed of his approximate arrival time. Upon arrival I greeted him and I was greeted in return. I proceeded to show him to my kitchen and I described the problem and Julian proceeded to disassemble by oven gaining access to source of the problem. Julian then informed me he had to out to his truck to retrieve the necessary part. After installation of a new igniter my oven was reassembled. Service was completed expeditiously and the job site was clean. I'm a happy camper.

He was able to diagnose the problem with this washer right away. He spoke about the different components and how they work within the appliance. I believe he would have been able to fix the problem if the warranty company approved the work.
