Horace did everything he could..I appreciate his patience.but it was done, brought in 1997..got my money's worth! 😍😍😍 I'll miss my machine.. they don't make them like that anymore 😢😢 He's a great asset to Sears repair services.. I'll want him again 😊. If I ever need service again 😊.

I really appreciate the service provided by Efrain. He was great. The grievances I have are with the company and not the Technician. He did a great job and offered advice that will help with the longevity of my appliance.

Nate came in and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He then proceeded to light the pilot light on my water heater. He also said I should probably look for the cost of a new water heater, because mine was kind of old, my words, not his. He was quick and on time. I normally call Sears for appliance repair because they come out and get the job done. Very good experience.

This young man was very nice. Had my repair done in no time. Polite and friendly too. Nice kid.
