Terrell was very nice, and he repaired everything so it's working great! He even let me clean behind the refrigerator which was absolutely disgusting. Thanks Terrell, keep up the good job!

My repair was for central air conditioner. It was repaired on May 27/2025 by Mouhammad who did an excellent job. I wanted it rechecked since it did not seem fully functional. So I appreciate having everything checked and verified on June 12. The technician was also excellent and made sure that a/c unit was working at full capacity. Thank you customer support service for your outstanding help and assistance in this matter. Sears has always been dependable. Great support and great service from everyone.
