Excellent experience with serviceman "Jorge". He diagnosed our problem almost immediately (refrigerator issue), fixed the problem, and gave us helpful advice for a few other preventable issues with the refrigerator. (We were relieved that no new components were necessary, preventing a more costly repair.)

The technician was 100% fantastic!!! Explained the problem perfectly. Very knowledgeable. Was polite and courteous. Respectful of property. He represented himself and the company at all times. 100% satisfied with his knowledge, work and honesty. Truly is one of your greatest employees. He deserves a raise in pay!!!
