Technician Sade was exceptionally professionally. While servicing my Kenmore dryer and washing machine, she answered all of my questions regarding preventive maintenance. I would refer her to any Sears appliance customer.

The young lady came out and got the job done. The first tech came out broke the vent to the dryer and left a mess. I don’t ask you to clean up after yourself but at least do your job that they pay you for. Thank you Ms Sade, probably can learn something from you. Amen.
