The gentlemen you sent out (the techs) were knowlegable, and nice men. who did their work and explained what the probable reason for the trouble. they also gave me insite as to what to do in order for this not to happen again. God bless them they were superb.

The repairman was right on time and arrived with a smile on his face. He got down to business and was very courteous. He asked me to describe the issue and laid out the possible causes. Within 15 minutes, he diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. As he changed out parts, he didn't make a mess or mind that my dog wanted to sniff around his tool bag. He even added more sealant to a pipe to reduce the changes of gas leaking out...and that wasn't part of our initial request! As he finished up, he provided recommendations to help keep our stove operating properly and safely. Overall, it was a terrific experience and I would highly recommend that particular repairman and Sears Home Services.
