Besides filling out 4 these forms and deleting 20 in the last 3 weeks I'm wondering when they are going to stop speaking of service service they have now started passing out the service calls to subcontract we have had them out 3 times in the last month always coming to the house moments before the time was the expire without phone calls and the work was questionable we have a dryer that was giving you an load thump the first time they came they said that we were over loading the dryer and they open it and check that out and left a few days later we called back and told them that it was just louder or louder than before the repairman came when they open up the dryer the 2 nd time they found the tension wheel was the wrong size on the dryer but they said in the previous repairman from Sears put on it

The first guy who came out to out built up ice and said it was fixed. That was B.S. week later same thing warm in bottom part of refrigerator spoiled milk had to throw out lunchmeat.cheeses,and all other perishables. Thank God the 2nd guy I am writing about replaced the fan and other part..He said the 1st guy should have done this.Great Guy with experience

The technicians were great. The first one quickly identified the problem and ordered the parts. The second tech knew exactly what to do to install the parts and did so quickly and efficiently.
