The first guy who came out to out built up ice and said it was fixed. That was B.S. week later same thing warm in bottom part of refrigerator spoiled milk had to throw out lunchmeat.cheeses,and all other perishables. Thank God the 2nd guy I am writing about replaced the fan and other part..He said the 1st guy should have done this.Great Guy with experience

The technicians were great. The first one quickly identified the problem and ordered the parts. The second tech knew exactly what to do to install the parts and did so quickly and efficiently.

Your repair department is A-1. I especially liked that I was informed frequently when the service man would appear. However, the product (a GE clothes washer) has given me nothing but trouble since purchase. The installer put a hole in the hose and I had to wait over a week for a replacement. Then the board went out and had to be replaced. Then that board went out and that had to be replaced, hopefully for the last time.
