I had my parents dryer repaired. Called on a Thursday and they scheduled the repair for Monday between 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The repairman called at 9:00 a.m. and said he’s on his way. Got there 15 minutes later. He was the best. Treated my 91 year old parents with great respect while fixing their old dryer. He had all the qualities you need for great customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again with that type of service. Thanks Sears! You sent us a good one.

the technician came on time, and contacted me prior to his arrival. He set out to work, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. He also noted the deterioration of the refrigerator interior wall, causing the crisper drawers to crack and partially break. So he called his office to figure out how to get this repaired. He followed the chain of command and advocated for Sears to honor the Master Protection plan covering the appliance. Thank you so much Ephraim! Only he should service my fridge from now on
