My parts were ordered and follow up will be on 9/9 for my dishwasher and parts will be replaced. I was informed at time of service call that my refrigerator parts are on back order and I have already received a update on the status. Very pleased so far

Great service, my freezer had been in the family for 29 years I was so glad he could fix it, had to go and get the part and came back and fixed my freezer, it has been with me so long, it would have been a sad day, if I had to loose it.
