The stove is working. two screws for the burner are not in. The replace part screws are pointed up which should be pointed down therefore the burned is not screwed to stove.

Tech solved my problem with washer. He answered my questions professionally. He was courteous and had neat appearance. Had the needed part in his truck.

Pedro has gone above and beyond, he is very helpful, has explained every detail as to what he is doing and what needs to be done and what he has done to get the job at hand completed before asking me to sign off. He has been on time both times and has called prior to arriving to inform me of arrival time. He is very friendly, professional and ask if I have any questions or have any concerns before leaving. He has managed to get the parts needed ordered and delivered to my home during first visit and within two days, which Sears could not managed to do and kept delaying in fixing my refrigerator and kept me from having it fixed for almost 2 months and managed to keep partial monetary paid in advance on repair charges that never took place. I am very grateful to the President of LG for both the LG parts needed and Pedro for completing the job on my refrigerator at $0.00!

John helped me pay to the phone system with my credit card. I will be monitoring my card to make sure only the $99 came out. Thank you for your assistance John.
