The technician, Tom, was great. He contacted me when he was on his way to my house. He was respectful of my floors. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable, explained the problem & cost. We ultimately did not have the washer repaired and decided to replace the 12 year old machine. However, this company’s automated AI system of making an appointment is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. The AI Assistant told me my appointment was between 8 am and noon. But when the email confirmation arrived it showed 3 to 7 pm. The address also had an error. We live on Santa Fe Ln not Santa Bay Ln. Despite being told that I could use “Chat” to edit these, the system would not allow it. It was very frustrating and I would hesitate to use this company again for that reason.
