He was great. I can now use the buttons again and he replaced the light that comes on when using the microwave. The previous person I used last year could not find that light.

Technician was great, but Sears customer service text service needs improvement. It wasn't recognizing my replies and I had to contact a different number to confirm. I also wasn't allowed to schedule until just a few days before the appointment, giving little notice to other people in the household.
