Very easy to get a service call set up. My technician was very friendly and professional. Very well educated on my washing machine, and was fixed very quickly when parts arrived.

The actual repair was as good as could be expected. The appointment time however was changed several times during the day without a call to inform me of the change. I had an appointment window from 10a-2p, after looking online when the Repairman had not arrived as scheduled I saw the window was the same but the actual arrival time was hours later and changed a couple of times to even later on the website, but no call to notify me. The Repairman arrived at about 5:30pm and finished the repair in about half an hour. When I tried to communicate through the automated # listed online my telephone # was not recognized and the automated voice could not help me at all. When I complained to Sears Rep Briana she apologized profusely and rewarded me with a $40.00 Gift Card that never arrived. After 3 days I called to make it known I did not receive the Electronic Gift Card I was told by Rez that no notice of a Gift Card was on the Account. She then guaranteed me a $50.00 Gift Card would be sent to my email within 48 hours. I am awaiting that card now. My 5 Star rating is for the Repair only. The related appointment mishap and automated call confusion would rate a 1 star review.

I recently had a technician come out to do "wellness check" on my dryer and washer, since that is covered under the warranty. He was the only technician, EVER, to bring a little wet/dry vacuum for cleaning the lint trap and inside the dryer. He was very thorough. Excellent service!

Nothing was done, but technician had great advice. I called due to black mold in lip by door, no tears just mold. He gave me few products to try and said front loaders will get it. Not much can do to avoid. Suggested Fabuloso product and one other sold by Sears, sales guys and people who make service calls go learn from this guy 😎
