Nothing was done, but technician had great advice. I called due to black mold in lip by door, no tears just mold. He gave me few products to try and said front loaders will get it. Not much can do to avoid. Suggested Fabuloso product and one other sold by Sears, sales guys and people who make service calls go learn from this guy 😎

Both repairmen were polite and professional. Both explained what they were doing and how the repair process works.

The technician was so good, I will use this service in the future. Hope I can get the same guy.

My appointment was 8-12 and the technician arrived at 12:45, The washer was fixed. So all is good.
