Repairman was prompt & professional & personable. What I liked most was that he not only took care of the problem he was called for , but he cleaned up behind himself thoroughly, even going back to his truck to get a vacuum AND refusing to let me sweep up the ( very few) crumbs left on the floor from my stove. Also, w/o my asking, he told me how & how not to use the self oven cleaning option, which as it turns out I had been doing incorrectly (& I have asthma!!!). I really appreciated his tips. I was very happy with his services. Good job Sears!

Very special thanks to George and Sergio for a job well done. They had to do a job that was already supposed to have been done. Instead of ordering the part needed, they went the extra mile and picked up what was needed. If it had not been for their perseverance, I would still be out of a washing machine. They did their job superbly.
