On time service, knowledgeable technician and the quoted price was worth the repair. I had a different company come before and they right away tried to sell me a whole new water heater, they spent more time writing out the suggested work order than the actual diagnosis of the problem. Needless to say I am very satisfied with the work sears has done.

The gentlemen that fixed my dryer were professional, friendly and very helpful. They explained what was wrong and showed me the broken part so that I could see what was broken.
