The technician that came out was very informative with the problem. I never knew that my dryer had a rest button, also that it was to much hose on the back of dryer.I was able to correct the problem and dryer is working just fine.

I had two 8-5 appointments that day with sears and 1 called and arrived about 8:15 and was gone about 8:45. The second called and arrived about 8:50 and gone about 9:30 all services rendered in less than 1ihour very pleased with the serviced they provided. I was able to continue to do my Saturday chores before 2:00. Good Work Guys....

This Tech was the best of all I've had in the last 7 years. I would prefer him all the time.....Wonderful personality and explained the inner workings of the of the boiler so that I could understand
