He did more maintenance of my Kenmore Refrigerator than the person last year. He vacuumed the back of the fridge. The one from last year refused to do it. Jorge did it without question as well as replace my filters..

It took almost a month to have my refrigerator repaired. I don;t feel that is very acceptable time frame for a major appliance, which is under warranty. The only good part of the experience was the technician, Emmanuel M who was able to finally fix my appliance. Sears customer service is mostly automated and it is very difficulty to speak with a live person.
