Emmanuel fixed our oven. He didn't have the part the first day, so when he came back he made us his first stop of the day.

My technician was a joy to have in my home. He listened to my issue, identified the problem, was able to find the part locally and fixed it under an hour. Great service experience.

Kourtney was on time/earlier than expected and performed the task in a professional manner. He was polite and very informative in regards to my dryer not working properly. Thank you for your service & professionalism!

The tech was awesome. He was knowledgeable and respectful. He gets a 5 out of 5! However, what I had to go thru on the phone to schedule him was awful. It took me literally an hour, getting passed from person to person, 5 or 6 different people in total just to get the appointment booked. For some reason they could not find the warranty on my range. Instead of trying to figure out what the problem was, I was passed on to the next person several times. That's not good customer service. My review for that experience was a 0 out of 5.

My technician was on time and explained everything to me regarding my furnance. And I now have heat in my house and confident the problem has been resolved. I was also pleasantly surprised @ his skill level and friendly customer friendly attitude. Harry Francisco
