Technician arrived within the timeframe specified. He was polite, knowledgeable and explained in detail the suspected problem. Diagnostic tools were impressive. Advised of the total cost before replacing parts. Would not hesitate to use this service again or to recommend it to someone.

The technician was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. The only thing preventing the 5th star is the price, it was about $250 for a new oven igniter, about half the price of a new stove.
