The repair was job was done ok, it's what I had to go through before they came out. I had an appointment scheduled for almost 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, and when I actually got service it was the day after Thanksgiving. I called to complain ask to speak to a customer service manager, and guess what I'm still waiting for the person to call me back.
