Terrell got my problem fixed in less then 15 minutes. Although I have had 4 appointments canceled on me for pm July 6th through July 13th with no explanation, no contact other than a new text giving me a new appointment date. Each of those canceled appointments were with a tech named Sade. I've called numerous times and talked to many that couldn't give me an answer why my appointment was canceled and moved. Horrible customer service and I'd like to get a call as to why my appointments kept getting canceled.. Yet terrell was awesome. Got the job done with only 1 part ordered instead of the original 4 that were ordered. Terrell is a 5, my experience till today has been a zero. Never have been through this and I'm a paying customer monthly.
