Great service
My washer started acting up about a month ago; calling Sears warranty service was painless, and a service tech was sent out quickly. Joshua diagnosed a problem with the spin cycle and ordered parts. Even after they were replaced, the washer was not working correctly; more parts were installed and now it is working properly. I appreciate how quickly parts arrived and service was provided and how professional Joshua and the warranty team were.
