Great technician
We had an issue for sometime but it was not fixed by a prior tech. Omar took the time to look at the equipment to identify the problem. I only had to briefly explain and he took it from there. Great technician.

In the three times I unfortunately had to have them out, I was never disappointed with the technicians ability to find the root of the issue, polite in their manner, as well as professional.
