Confessor was so very helpful. He was thorough, knowledgeable and hard working, covering every base, so to speak. Can't speak highly enough of him. My tech was great. I would recommend him to anyone . The problem was getting him there with your impossible human free system. It is frustrating and really screwed up. Inexplicably made and then rescheduled my appointment every day for a week. No human interaction was possible in order to correct. Its a joke
