Refeigerator repairs
This is my 2nd service appt and the problem is worse. The noise is louder, lasts longer and goes off every 5-10 minutes. I am afraid the refrigerator is going to out completely. I was on the phone almost 30 minutes after the aopt trying to get this addressed and have to wait 8 days for another appt. Supposedly a new part was i installed and was supposed to fix the problem. Now I have to wait for another appt. I have a service contract and keep getting emails with the cost of all these appts. Why is it not all covered under the service contract I paid for? Valorie Proce

Refrigerator repair waste of time
He was not helpful at all. Complete waste of my time. Your service since being taken over by Cinch sucks. It shows in your technicians demeanor. If your company doesn't care why should he.

Zero stars if I could
This was the repair on a dishwasher that was not pumping out all of the water after the cycle. The latest call was to install a new control board and sensor which would fix this. The technician left with the dishwasher running on a supposedly clean cycle it stopped running and was totally frozen at the controls. I tried to turn it off to reset it, but could not do this, because the tech had broken the on off button making it unusable. Workaround is to turn the breaker off that controls the circuit. Doing this, we can wash dishes But you have to go in the basement to trip the breaker. the dishwasher still does not drain all the water. This is not the Sears service we have become accustomed to.
