my only issue is the time frame, 0800 to 1700 is a huge window to have to dedicate for service. Today for example, Im locked for the day and I was Larry's next to last call. my day was done.

The work Larry did was quick and efficient However to get service from sears was horrible. Never got to talk to a live person. Appointments rescheduled not by me. Again a computer.
