Great Technician!
Charles fixed my washing machine quickly and efficiently - clearly very knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and was very pleasant. And he made sure it was done under warranty. I highly recommend him.

My appointment for repair was rescheduled one too many times. There isn't a way to talk to a live person with the numbers provided. When someone called to reschedule the second time they advised there is only one person who does repairs in my area and could not get me in for an appointment for another week. They also were not helpful at all to explain why my appointment was getting canceled and rescheduled so many times.

my only issue is the time frame, 0800 to 1700 is a huge window to have to dedicate for service. Today for example, Im locked for the day and I was Larry's next to last call. my day was done.
