My only complaint has nothing to do with the actual service. I just wish we could be told ahead of time that we were in the 1st half of the day or the 2nd. I was able to see where he was in the morning, after I canceled appointment. Can't say that I trusted it 100% because he came much earlier than the website estimated on the 1st appointment Sears scheduled this appointment after they ordered the part. I didn't want it to be pushed off later, so I didn't reschedule. It was a waste of a whole day. But, I'll keep this at 5 stars if it reflects on the technician.
