Jose is competent, friendly, and a good listener (leading to a quick diagnosis and repair plan.) Jose was not originally assigned to our case. I infer that the original person got too backed up. I do think that your reservation process could be improved, as "8am to 5pm" is a silly initial window, as was indicating a midday arrival time when we were #5 on the original technician's list.
