Excellent service, will call again!!
Steven was wonderful, patient, answered all questions and of course set us up as Sears Home Warranty customers because the value and service can't be beat, that is the Sears expectation/standard and doesn't disappoint! Parts arrived early, scheduling (and three reschedules!) system was easy and had super helpful reminders. Can't say enough positive things and will recommend to everyone. Thanks Sears and Steven!
