Clint was very thorough in checking everything. After testing and questions, he determined my dishwasher did not need a repair. He took the parts back and refunded me. I paid the $129 diagnostic fee. I appreciate the honesty.

The technician was a real gem. He was polite; worked carefully and left my laundry room clean. He explained what had happened, showed me the broken spring that then caused even more damage. It all meshed with my experience and what I heard when my washer stopped working.
