Clint was super cordial and pinpointed the problem real fast. There was no necessary issue for us to pursue. That is why we did not ask Sears to fix anything. I would recommend Clint.

He was extremely patient with me when I asking him questions regarding my situation. He also informed me of other services that I could in the future and left me with brochure of the services . I felt very comfortable with him and his experience.

I had no problem with the guy that came out to service my washer today! However I do have a huge compliant concerning the proper way to file a claim. The automated system is not the best and there is no way to speak to a live customer service representative, which can be very frustrating. Even my copy of the coverage that lists the appliances has a number at the bottom that is not beneficial to the customers. Something needs to be done to make this a little more convenient and easier for the customers
